About our service

Clarence Valley Family Services is a locally based Children's Contact Service (CCS) operating in Grafton, NSW, providing supervised visits, supervised changeovers and intake assessments to families across the Clarence Valley region. Our practice is aligned with the national CCS Guiding Principles Framework for Good Practice (2018).

Compliance and accreditation

We maintain a minimum of two trained staff on site for all supervised visits and changeovers, consistent with the Framework's core safety requirements. Intake assessments are conducted individually with each parent prior to any service commencing.
