Clarence Valley Family Services provides supervised visits, changeovers and intake assessments for separated families across the Clarence Valley — delivered in line with the national CCS Guiding Principles Framework.
We provide a focused range of services that help children maintain safe relationships with both parents, and support parents in meeting court orders and parenting agreements.
Trained staff supervise time between a child and parent in a safe, neutral setting, in line with court orders or parenting plans.
A structured handover between parents that reduces direct contact and conflict, helping the transition feel calm and predictable for children.
Where appropriate, supervised time can take place at a park or other agreed community location, with our trained staff supervising throughout.
Before a service begins, each parent takes part in an individual intake appointment so we can understand the family's needs and plan safely.
We are a locally based service, purpose-built for the Clarence Valley community.
Based in Grafton, so local families no longer need to travel to larger regional centres to access a contact service.
